Our Beliefs |
| |
|
Johns Creek Christian Church exists to nurture a faith community built upon the life, teachings, and presence of Jesus Christ, who embraces all. |
| |
|
We are Christ Centered, Family Focused, and Mission Driven.
We are joined together by a common faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God.
We seek to provide opportunities for families to be strengthened by a faith in Jesus Christ that nurtures them, sustains them in all occasions, and provides opportunities for them to join together in fellowship with those who share their faith.
We are called to go into the world and share the news of God's love for the world in Christ both in word and deeds.
We gladly welcome persons coming from other denominations and welcome the sharing of our common heritage grounded in Christ.

Our Mission |
| |
To Tell the Story of God's Love in Christ
We seek to give to northeast Atlanta a gift that has been given to us, abundant life. In the
person of Jesus, we discovered that God's desire for all of God's family is to live joyful and
loving lives. To do this, we commit ourselves to living in relationship to Jesus, God's son and
to live in relationship with others. We want to build a Christian community where persons are
empowered by love. We want to be a source of strength to all persons who want to live successful
lives. Success comes through knowing God's love through Jesus. |
| |
To Build Community
Persons cannot live abundantly alone. Community is needed to keep us connected to one another.
We want to establish a community grounded in Jesus, where all persons can come, hear the good news
of God's love for them and experience the forgiveness of their sins. All persons desperately need
loving relationships, and we seek to be a church where love for one another is our focus. |
| |
To Be the Body of Christ
We seek to be the body of Christ in northeast Atlanta. By loving others as he loved; by helping
others find joy as he helped persons discover joy; and by being the hands, feet, and heart of
Jesus, we build the body of Christ in the world. |
